Would speed behind people to ride the back of their car, change lanes without indication, then speed to the next car

Got off work late at night entering the 101 from 91st and olive,to get on the freeway its 2 lanes and it merges into one as you match speed with the freeway. They were far behind me in the other lane, and at the last second they attempted to force themselves infront of me by speeding up VERY fast when there was someone infront of me, the lane had already began to merge into one so it was too late and they even tried driving around me but they couldnt obviously...I turned my left turn signal on, aswell as the person infront of me, however they swerved through the gore section illegally and then zoomed passed us. I got into the middle lane, and then they swerved right infront of me and I had to hit my breaks hard. This is where it gets weird! They proceeded to follow me the entire way. Every single move I made, they swerved infront of me to do the same and make sure they were going where I was going. They cut infront of me and wouldnt allow me in any lanes, they continously swerved out infront of me and hard break checked me to the point they were going 20mph on the freeway at night with no one infront of them. Finally at one point they switched lanes and matched speeds with me. There were two people flipping me off out the window, making strange gestures and almost swerving into my truck several times. I got off the freeway early, on thunderbird, and they swerved infront of me illegally to go off on the same exit and they went extremely slow all the way off the exit. Every single turn I made, they made and kept break checking me and making gestures out the window, so I took down the license plate quickly and called the police. This continued all the way to 91st and tbird. At the last second, I switched lanes all the way over to the far left to get away from them as they thought I was going to turn right on 91st and thunderbird, down near desert harbor/harbor island. They had pulled over and was watching me from a distance, and then drove off extremely fast. I believe these people wouldve tried to cause harm to me as they were being extremely reckless out of nowhere and making gestures. I dont recognize this vehicle, and I have no idea who was in the car. It appears that it may have been a white male and female but Im not sure. This was at 11pm on 2/8/19, in Peoria Arizona. Arizona Time on December 3rd, 2018 on a four way intersection on South Mill Avenue and East 5th Street. Possible VIN number is WDDSJ4EB1EN035363. I observed the driver of the 2014 Mercedes-Benz CLA in front of the Tempe Orbit Shuttle Bus. Both were facing EASTBOUND. The driver was in the drive lane when the driver decided to make a left turn in a wrong lane. The driver of the shuttle bus honked and the driver of the 2014 Mercedes-Benz CLA waited for the other cars to move up on South Mill Avenue NORTHBOUND. After the vehicles moved up NORTHBOUND on South Mill Avenue, the driver of the 2014 Mercedes-Benz CLA moved forward and turned left onto the NORTHBOUND direction of South Mill Avenue. I also observed the driver of the 2014 Mercedes-Benz CLA sticking his middle finger from his driver side of the car. The driver of the shuttle bus stopped honking a few seconds after it passed the car and continued EASTBOUND, the same direction I was traveling on.

Attempting to intimidate the car in front to turn right on a red light by excessively honking, speeding at 65mph in a 45mph zone, never used turn signal once when changing lanes or eventually turning left, very impatient and unsafe driver

Did not use a blinker and tried to come into my lane when I was already basically in the lane fully. Followed me for 10 minutes and continued to flip me off then cursed at me and told me to get out of the car

The 2008 Toyota 4Runner was observed traveling along West Thomas Road in Phoenix, Arizona, 85015. The incident occurred between 8:50 P.M. to 9:10 P.M. Arizona Time on November 17th, 2018 on West Thomas Road just before the entrance to Interstate-17 North. Possible VIN number is JTEBU14R58K028531. I observed the driver of the 2008 Toyota 4Runner traveling faster than the speed that I was traveling at after I exited the apartment complex and entered West Thomas Road WESTBOUND to head to Interstate-17 North and the driver stopped way too closely behind me and did not even leave space between my vehicle and his. Then, I observed the driver accelerating going over the speed limit. Driver weaved through traffic like a madman.

The Dark Green 2006 Buick LaCrosse was observed traveling along West University Drive in Tempe, Arizona, 85281. The incident occurred between 9:45 P.M. to 10:10 P.M. Arizona Time on November 16th, 2018 on West University Drive just before the intersection at South Priest Drive. Possible VIN number is 2G4WE587961117241. I observed the vehicle accelerating faster than the speed that I was traveling at and the driver of the vehicle behind me tailgated me and followed behind me too closely. I was about to slow down to a red at South Priest Drive in Tempe when the light turned green and I accelerated. Then, I observed the driver of the Buick Lacrosse passing me and accelerated beyond the posted speed limit. The vehicle was speeding and exceeded the speed limit.

Hit a kid near a school and he drove on the sidewalk on purpose then yelled at the window most likely a kid that goes there.

The vehicle changed lane without using the turn signal. After a few seconds, driver of the vehicle changed lanes without using the turn signal to signal a lane change and it cut off a vehicle. It almost hit the vehicle and the vehicle that was cut off moved out of the way. There was no accident or collision that occurred. Multiple driving offense, the Black 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee was speeding, tailgating, recklessly driving and almost rear ended me in the back of my car. Incident occured on the intersection of West University Drive and South Farmer Avenue. Raced through traffic like a mad man. Close call. Occurred between 9 P.M. to 9:15 P.M.

The driver pulled up to the light and tried to get my attention and after I rolled my window down he pulled his gun out and pointed it right at me.

The car was towing a forklift. When passing people, they sometimes revved their engine and doused them in smoke. When I tried to merge in front of them, they cut in front of me. When I honked, they honked back, then literally doused my car in smoke.
