LICENSE PLATE REPORTS

During an accident that closed 2 lanes, a motorcyclist cut me off when I was coming off the off ramp to the accident, by driving over the median (painted lines where an off ramp meets the road) and cut me off to squeeze in to the off ramp traffic and avoid the accident. I nearly hit him. His lights were too dim to see him coming from my blind spot to jump in front if me and ride alongside the next car in front of me to avoid being seen by police on scene.

Today at 1450, I was driving down Indian river past lynnhaven and almost got rammed off the road by another car. I was merging over and was already halfway onto the other lane when another car sped up and almost pushed me off the road and into the ditch. The license plate of the car was UWA-4996 and was a touareg volkswagen. The vehicle then began to brake check me along the road until I eventually had to pull over to avoid getting hit by them. Once I did, the driver then sped off quickly.

Driver was driving like an ass. Cutting ppl off, speeding in & out of lanes; passing on right & on curb/side lane. Nearly rear-ended two cars.

Old, bald white guy cut across two lanes of traffic going 60 in a 45 approximately so he could get to Walmart before me at 7am on a Sunday. Turns out he needed adult diapers because that is what was in his cart in the store.

Swerved out to cut off a highway speed merge. When traffic came up to speed came swerved into lane to create a near miss at approx six in from front quarter panel.

This crazy white male driver was SPEEDING on Virginia Beach Blvd, he cut into our lane without using a turn singal almost sideswiped our drivers side of our vehicle. He then pulled half way into a driveway of a business and the back end of his SUV was sticking out onto Virginia Beach Blvd Blocking traffic. I Horned him and told him to learn how to drive and be nicer. Then several minutes later we had this dame driver was TAILGATING us for several miles almost hit us several times. He tailed us so bad that he didnt want us to get his tag number, in which I already got his TAG long time before when he CUT us off. We switched to a different lane, he then cuts another car off to tail us. This was going on for approx 10 mins or so. I got on the phone with 911 Virginia Beach Police Department and the Dispatcher wanted us to keep DRIVING and not stop to jeep circling the area until police could catch up. After aprox 10mins or so, after we made 6 lane changes this retarded guy made changes. The police caught the Road Rage Guy in action, when the road Rage guy seen police with blue lights in6, he then quickly jarted out from behind us and went into the right lane. The police seen his actions of what and how he was doing and DRIVING very dangerously. The officer jumped out and yelled at this driver to pull I to the turning lane. This dri er almost rear ended the driver in front of him. The officer detained him and questioned him to find out what his problem was. Officer had cited him what VIOLATIONS he observed the driver doing, and gave him a strong warning to stay away and to never stalk anyone like that again, or he will be in severe trouble with the law. In total 3 officers did assist in stopping this Road Rage Mad Man. This mad man almost rear ended us 6 different times. This drivers DRIVING behavior will not be tolerated and it was documented with the Virginia Beach Police Department. We didnt want to press charges and wanted the police to put the scare in to him so he wouldnt do this to anyone else. Next time this man wont be so lucky the next person he trys to engage road Rage with.

This white male tall, Black long curly hair. facial hair was walking way too close to us, we were talking to ourselves and this idiot had put his nose where it doesnt belong, he threatened to take down a handicapped lady, and another person. This idiot stated he was already in jail already so one night wont faze him.

Illegal pass and cut off and brake check. Got out of car and angrily yelled at occupants

The woman had short straight black hair and a foreign accent that we could not place. She confronted us in the parking lot of Harris Teeter on Route 50 in Fairfax (about 8pm on a Saturday night) and said something like "Are you looking for someone? Do you need connections?" I rolled down the car window and said "No," then proceeded to pull out of the parking spot. This woman backed out at the same time as me in an effort to block my car. I proceeded to pull out more and then drove around her. She followed us closely onto Route 50 East. I turned into the left turn lane at the traffic light on Route 50 (intersection with Fair Ridge Drive) to go to the police department. She was behind us initially, then turned into the straight lane and pulled up next to us. She rolled down her window and said "Ill kill you" and some more words I could not make out, then drove straight on Route 50 East. We reported this all to the police (and I gave them my dashcam videos that have her saying "Ill kill you"). The police did detain her that night and held her for evaluation. I dont know if she is going to be charged criminally because she clearly has mental health issues. YOU MUST REPORT THIS TO THE POLICE IF IT HAPPENS TO YOU. This person should not be free to go around threatening people. She should be in a psychiatric hospital/prison.

Two guys in a van started an argument with a biker behind us at a red light on w broad st. When it was green light, the van recklessly sped and swerved dangerously around other drivers like they were in a rush. When we hit another red light, argument between drivers and biker continued. Driver then swerved intentionally to other lane and try to hit biker, was very close to hitting and also hitting other cars on road, ended up throwing a cigarette at biker in frustration. Luckily biker was able to bike away and not get hit by van. Driver continued to speed and swerve dangerously close infront of other drivers. Super aggressive and reckless driving to others on the road, had to report.

Reckless driving, tailgating. Threatening life. Attempted malicious wounding. Screaming shouting, using racial slurs. Disregarding traffic laws and general safety.

Driver was driving in the shoulder and cut us off. She continued to drive reckless by brake checking and not allowing me to change lanes.

Almost hit 3 people and came centimeters away from hitting me

TEXTING and cut me off the road, FAILED to USE proper SIGNALS when making a lane change.

This idiot driver was SPEEDING 100mph plus in a 55mph zone, almost rearending another vehicle going through a EZPASS Toll. This idiot tried TAILGATING the vehicle so they didnt have to pay for the toll on Veterans Bridge in Chesapeake, VA on Highway 17 South. The idiot driver then crossed lanes while SPEEDING through the Veterans Bridge EZPASS Lanes from left to right, cutting another vehicle off. This idiot was DRIVING like a left wing Liberal DemocRAT.

TEXTING hand held device, left Children in vehicle while subject went into the dentist office in Virginia Beach Virginia. Its in the corner of Kempsville Road and Providence Road. This is Children Neglect. Reckless Child Endangerment. Black Female Subjects was in the dentist office for about an hour. Social Services should look into this. Very unfit so called parents. Anything could happen.

Left Children in the Hot Vehicle alone.
