The accident took place in the Bronx. The driver drove from the back really fast without noticing my car and hit my car really hard causing the right headlight to fall, body damage and which caused me $2500+. He got out of the car immediately and promised to pay half of the damage but later on he kept ignoring my call, I called 50+ times in 4 days but when he picked up he said I hit his car and its not his fault!! His name is Kiko Tajada, middle aged, lives in Caroll St, City Island, Bronx. If you ever get into an accident with him, make sure you call the cops immediately because he will lie on your face if anything.

Parked in front of me preventing me from exiting my driveway. I had to call out of work.

He was on a non commercial vehicle road,speeding,bopping in and out of traffic with out using any signals and nearly rammed into my car and the other persons car trying to squeeze in while swerving in and out of traffic

Driving in violation of a restricted license

Vehicle used no directional light and forced their way in front of me. I had to swerve out the way to avoid collision when I was in the turning lane and they were in the lane to the right of me.

Speeding in a 25 zone and running within inches of hitting a cyclist. (me) The bike lane in this one way road was blocked by a parked car. The action for the cyclist is to look over, signal, temporarily enter the center of the road then return to the bike lane. The driver honked while revving and speeding past the cyclist while between the parked car barely avoiding a deadly accident.

Sat in the middle of the block impeding thru-traffic with no one present to move said car. One neighbor said they were there for hours.

Nasty man driving reckless on the highway and cutting people off at high speed and bullying other cars just to be extra nasty

This man I have on video tailgating me trying to force me to speed on Millersport highway. He started verbally harassing me for not speeding and for recording him breaking the law and attempt at assault with a vehicle.
