Driving in a residential 2 way with 25mph speed limit. Vegicle was tailgating halfway thru and barely stopping at stop signs. Vehicle then proceeded to speed up in order to pass my car.
Aggressively jerked back in front of me and continued to tailgate other vehicles and rolling thru stop signs. Driving was careless and erratic

There was completely stopped traffic when this driver drive up the shoulder of the road, proceeded to turn the front of her car into a three foot space between the truck in front of me and myself and made it impossible to move without hitting her Porsche. I, of course, honked my horn fairly intensely and when we got onto the off ramp, she parked her car, got out and proceeded to call me extremely foul names. She only got back in when the light turned green. This person deserves extreme reprimanding from the police.

I stayed behind them for a while because we were going in the same direction for a while. Later, they proceeded to hop from lane to lane in front of others while speeding.
