Caucasian male in his 50-60\'s, 250lbs, about 6\" tall, slightly balding, no facial hair, no eye glasses -- Solo vehicle occupant tearing through Carlisle, MA back roads adjacent to the main intersection by the fire station and the road leading to the Corrections Facility; angry, frustrated, Friday afternoon rampager doing 45-50mph on a 25, stomping on his death trap and accelerating to about 50mph as other vehicles pulled over on barely single lane roadways. The guy\'s Commemorative plates aren\'t going to be all that \"commemorative\" if someone innocent ends up on the wrong side of his angry tirade.\r\n\r\nBMW X3/X5 SUV\r\n250th Anniversary Commemorative Mass plates: 835L\r\nColor: Arctic Race Blue

Rapid lane changing the moment blinker was used mid intersection with no traffic ahead of them, leaving around a less than two feet of space for both my vehicle behind them, and the vehicle in front of them.

I was on the sidewalk waiting for the bus on 71st Street and Shore Road. Suddenly the car staring honking as the guy was driving on the opposite side of the road then crossed the yellow line. The car almost hit me as the driver was heading straight at the bus stop I was at.

Driver was stuck behind a sedan that was stuck behind a slow moving vehicle in the left lane. Sedan driver used indicator and began to move over and driver of white van switched lanes quickly and then proceeded to tailgate the sedan. Then quickly moved back to the left lane and left blinker on for the next mile. White van driver then slowed down drastically and camped in left lane

Reckless driving, crossing in intersection and pulled out a bag in back seat with passenger window down acting as if he was going to pull out something from the bag. This vehicle needs to be searched for weapons and check for the license plate.

Caucasian female zipping in and out of parking lots, no signaling, screeching tires while zipping in and out of turns -- There are children going to and from school and little children playing all over the place. The moody, dazed character might want to slow down real quick and put a brake on it before she puts a damper on innocent lives.\r\n\r\nWhite color, 2024 Volkswagen Tiguan\r\nVIN: 3VVAB7AX2RM225101

Caucasian male in his 60\'s, no facial hair, no spectacles -- Tailgating, speeding, and swerving around cars pulling safely to the side of road; proceeding to accelerate to 50mph on a 40mph National Park roadway starting from the entrance at Merriam\'s Corner on towards Lincoln. What\'s the rush with the deadly risk and gamble fellow? That National Park property don\'t come cheap and the cost against such reckless rogues is just as insurmountable -- Sort of like stuffing one\'s hands into others\' postal boxes. Even a little kid would know: \"Umm, you just don\'t go there.\" \r\n\r\nModel: 2017 Buick LaCrosse\r\nColor: White\r\nTrim: Premium\r\nStyle/Body: Sedan 4-door\r\nEngine: 3.6L V6 DOHC 24V\r\nTransmission: 8-Speed Automatic\r\nVIN: 1G4ZR5SS6HU212992

Was driving as per usual, going the speed limit. They suddenly pulled out from behind us and did a zig zag motion between my car and another car, sliding between us and directly in front of my car, causing me to have to slam very hard on the breaks to avoid a serious accident. Many people honked at them and they continued going, speeding around 85 in a 55 zone on the hwy.

Vehicle, along with two other vehicles (second was a Mustang, Iām unsure of the third vehicle) was driving recklessly/speeding/streetracing (unsafe performative driving) and the third vehicle did a burnout and almost hit a jeep in front of it. This happened on 200 between On Top of The World and I-75 between 10:45-11:00 PM

The driver was driving recklessly taking a blind corner at about 30 miles per in a residential apartment complex parking lot where children, elderly, and other pedestrians are present. If anyone had been in his immediate path at the blind corner he would have hit them and going too fast to stop.
