Morbidly obese man tailgating and cutting me off on the freeway. Called 911 but he got off the freeway.

This driver was weaving in and out of traffic while texting and not paying attention to the road. My spouse and I were headed East bound (80 East). She almost ran off the side of the freeway and hit a concrete barrier.
