Male driver and female passenger were driving around Texas Avenue in El Paso offering cocaine and crystal to passersby. The male driver would then point a gun an adjacent drivers and laugh. At one point the couple were seen drinking beer bottles while driving. The driver almost crashed into my vehicle after I moved in front of him. At the time, he was not paying attention to the road because he was texting. His actions almost caused a collision and created significant distress while I was driving home. Additionally, his aggressive demeanor following the incident made the situation feel unsafe. Based on his distracted driving and behavior, I believe he poses a danger to others on the road.
