High speed, tailgating, reckless lane changes, obscene gestures

This girl was almost bumper to bumper with me going 50 transitioning into a 35 towards a tunnel exit. I was afraid to slow down. She ended up swerving in and out of the lanes and when she got in the tunnel she changed lanes in front of me.

Zipper merge, this person sped up and cut in front of me and almost hit my car and the car infront of me.

I was driving straight down 3rd Street in downtown Roanoke Virginia. There is a traffic light at the corner of 3rd and Franklin Rd near the federal Poff building. She was coming from the left and towards Elm Ave down Franklin. She didnt even slow down for her red light and my green light had turned about 20 seconds ago. She slammed on her brakes when I was crossing through the intersection and honked at me. I pointed at my green light and she kept driving. I got to the intersection of Elm and 3rd, made a right so I could confront her and ask why she honked at me and why she didnt stop for her red light. She finally pulled over at a gas station, wouldnt look at me even though her window was down and just kept shaking her head. Not even acknowledging she did anything wrong. I hope that she learns to pay attention and realizes how close she came to seriously injuring me and my family.

Tailgated me, then sped past me going 70 in a 40, flicked me off

Weaving in and out of traffic, tailgating, speeding (going at least 20 over speed limit of 55)

Driver failed to yield at traffic circle and when hearing warning horn made obscene gesture (one finger salute).

Speeding, weaving in and out of multiple lanes without using her turn signal, tailgating, passing on the right side in a merge lane to get around traffic......and after all of that proclaiming Im her number "1" fan out the window.

Person literally almost ran us off the road after tailgating behind a semi truck and continuing to swerve dangerously

She has stolen tags. And her inspection sticker is a picture of an inspection sticker. She goes around peeling off peoples tags
