This person targeted everyone on the road. It was terrifying. I only have to assume they were under the influence of something or just out trying to kill someone. They tailgated everyone, swerved in front of people when they had no time to react and was really just a terror on the road. I'm surprised we made it but it's hard to say what happend down the road.

Reckless & dangerous driver. Saw him throw a drink at another car today 8/16/17 @2:45pm. He chased after a female driver who had kids in the back seat. I just thought this person should be reported so I managed to take a picture of his plates even though he drove off soon as he saw me.
