Car gave no directional light and had no mudflaps on his oversized tires. Deadly hazard for pedestrians and other drivers as well

Old lady rear ended me at a red light. I got out and motioned for her to pull over. She rolled down the window and yelled "I'm not pulling over. I didn't even hit you that hard." I said "Yah, but you hit me. Can we exchange information?" She yelled "I'm not pulling over" and rolled up her window. I snap a pic of her license and she started cursing at me and took off.

Hit and run, followed, confronted. Yelled every obscenity at me and told me to go kill myself. Real stand-up human being. Very angry and aggressive, beware!

I’m in the front of a store this grey car comes in out of nowhere and backs up into me causing my car to tip back and forward then sits there texting for a minute and then leaves speeding out

Driving under the speed limit in the left lane and brake checking everyone that pulls up behind him. Speeds up and slows down to stay next to car in other lane preventing anyone from passing. Yelling at other drivers when he is committing several violations.
