All passengers and driver were drinking beer while in the car while driving.

Car was swerving in and out of its lane on both sides for several miles. Very obviously intoxicated.

I was run off the road merging on to 531 headed West off of manitou road.,

Hit and Run.. Driver of this vehicle was clearly driving under the influence when he made a sharp left turn onto a one way street where my vehicle was parked and hit my right back bumper. Immediately after, female stumbled out of passenger side (clearly intoxicated as well) to take a turn in the driver's seat (as that would alleviate the problem). The vehicle takes off leaving behind a chunk of their left front bumper.

Swerving all over, switching between high beams and regular headlights with no one in front of him.

Switches lanes without looking if a car was in the other lane. Close to causing many accidents. Does not believe in turn signals. The type of driver who thinks he drives perfectly and everyone else can't drive. Flicks cigarettes at other cars.

Swerving way over lines and all over road. Appeared possibly drunk or at least highly distracted. 16th @ Church
