DRUNKEN IDIOT passes me at at high rate of speed in a NO PASSING ZONE then narrowly escapes a head on collision with White car in other lane. When car in other lane blows his horn the driver gives him the finger then slams on his brakes almost causing me to rear-end him. The driver of the Black Dodge Grand Caravan New York License Plate HPK 3138 should have his License REVOKED! I called 911 and reported him to the Police.

This person targeted everyone on the road. It was terrifying. I only have to assume they were under the influence of something or just out trying to kill someone. They tailgated everyone, swerved in front of people when they had no time to react and was really just a terror on the road. I'm surprised we made it but it's hard to say what happend down the road.

I just thought this person should be reported so I managed to take a picture of his plates even though he drove off soon as he saw me. People like this with this type of attitude/personality should not be behind the wheel at all.
