In a congested spot in on I-45, this honda cut me off and almost clipped my car. They proceeded to slow their speed in front of me so that I was stuck behind them as I switched lanes.

I am a pedestrian that this person hit while reckless driving. He is nowhere to be found now.

He honked his horn at me and stuck his middle finger at me as if I did something wrong when clearly there was only one line and therefore he should have stayed behind me.

As I pulled out of a parking garage onto the main road I was going at about 35 which is the limit when she shows up behind me going over 50 and proceeded to try to run me off the road, she tailgated me, and she brake checked me to the point where I have to go get my brakes checked.
