9/8/2020 7:20-7:25 AM LANDWEHR RD GOES NORTH BETWEEN LANDWEHR AND DUNDEE AND HUEHL RD AND COMMERCIAL AVE WAYWARD DRIVING SHIFTING THE LANES FROM LEFT TO RIGHT AND VICE VERSA STOPING RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD NO TURN SIGNS.

9/1/2020 6:00-6:05 PM GOES SOUTH ON SANDERS RD FROM SANDERS AND LAKE COOK TO SANDERS AND DUNDEE SPEEDING

Car passed illegally on the right hand side in a school zone and proceeded to speed through it.

Vehicle fails to stop or even slow down at stop sign in neighborhood where many dogs are being walked and people cross the street often. Possibly speeding around corner and possibly not stopping at many other stop signs too

Did an unauthorized u-turn into far lane where I was turning into on a R turn green light and then got angry and tried to ram my car

Man was brake checking everyone for no reason. He almost caused multiple accidents and was not watching the road.

so this doesnt have to do with a driving violation but the whole time this person was at my restaurant there was a knocking sound that sounded like it was coming from his car but nothing should have been knocking as his car was in park. It just weirded me out as people usually associate white vans with kidnappings so I just wanted people to know about this. Also the van had a company logo that said rapid overhead garage door repair if that helps

The driver was driving slowly in the left lane and would not allow passing. Completely pulled to a stop on I-80 in the left lane and proceeded to get out of vehicle. I did not stick around for more.

511 Caucasian Man has a lot of tattoos first one you will see is a skeleton on his hand. Driving reckless and texting.

Very odd behavior. Came into my driveway and up to door. Would not leave. Has been here multiple times. Would almost consider a restraining order.

Black Female Subject refused to give officers her drivers license. Black Female was argumentative, refused 19 times to get out of the vehicle. The vehicle smelled like there were drugs in there. Black female had to be pulled out of vehicle. Then she resisted arrest, swore at the officer. Female was arrested and her juvenile friend was also arrested for obstruction of od peace officer. Pulled out in front of new driver, was not paying attention to traffic, driver is concerned they were under the influence

Vehicle belongs to Omega Pro Systems out of Itasca Vehicle was speeding to pass a line of cars whom had already made the merge to head a lane closure for construction up ahead. While the Omega vehicle was approaching, another vehicle postured so as to not let them pass. The Omega vehicle slowed & then went up & over a curb, onto the parkway, nearly missing a lamppost & tree. Then quickly accelerated to swerve & pass the posturing vehicle. All within feet of a construction zone.

Black male subject was fighting with girlfriend and hitting her apparently and there was some sort of fight between male and female. Officers attempted to pull vehicle over. Both male and female subjects were fighting with 4 police officers and refused to give her DOB. Female refused to comply with officers. Male driver called officers racist because he was asking for her DOB. Both male and female continued to fight with officers and both had to be pulled out of the vehicle because the were fighting with police. Lady was driving really fast and her kids on the back was not buckle at all . She was talking on the phone while driving 40 on 20 mile speed limit.

It was a guy with girl and kids driving really high speed around 60 in speed limit 35. He was switching lanes like some maniac he almost hit the car .
