She was originally in the right lane, then came into my left turning lane last minute and immediately stopped 10ft from the white line so someone could rear end her. I had to slam on the brakes. She proceeds to look in her mirror with a weird smirk. A true agent of chaos.

He zoomed up in tje right lane seeing a line of cars in left lane passing a truck and then cut in the line in front of me. After passing the truck I moved forward in the right to take the right exit and he sped up in the left lane to block me from cutting in front of him. He cuts in front and then tries to block someone from doing the same, even though I was taking the right exit anyway. He ended up stuck next to a truck while tailgating the car in front of him.

Not using turn signal.

Was behind be and crossed double solid line and cut me off and sped up

Weaving in and out of traffic on Woodbourne Road, to impatient to wait.

They are riding the shoulder and blocking the road. An accident happened and they were swerving

Man driving was dangerous. he was in fast lane on US Route 30 heading west, driving about 35 mph in a 55, then 45, then 40, then 45 mph zone. I was terrified to pass him. He rode in the middle of the fast & slow lanes. He was weaving. Occasionally he would increase speed significantly, then slam on brakes - FREQUENTLY - for no reason. Waiving & flailing his arms like there was a bee in his vehicle. I witnessed this from behind his vehicle in both the left and right lane. I stayed behind him for about 30 miles (Greensburg PA to N. Versailles PA on US rte 30 W). I was literally waiting for him to cause an accident.

Turned right at red light in left lane of off ramp of highway. There was a sign that says you can't turn right on red if you are in the left lane.
