The accident took place in the Bronx. The driver drove from the back really fast without noticing my car and hit my car really hard causing the right headlight to fall, body damage and which caused me $2500+. He got out of the car immediately and promised to pay half of the damage but later on he kept ignoring my call, I called 50+ times in 4 days but when he picked up he said I hit his car and its not his fault!! His name is Kiko Tajada, middle aged, lives in Caroll St, City Island, Bronx. If you ever get into an accident with him, make sure you call the cops immediately because he will lie on your face if anything.

I was driving on my way home and suddenly passed to the next lane when this car suddenly try cutting me off while it was speeding almost hitting my car. The Girl on the car was texting and driving

Blacked out windows with a red Honda emblem. Was easily going 80mph on a 55mph road.

Passed our car from behind on a narrow, extremely windy road with an explicit "No Passing" sign. Visibility was also low at dusk because the area is very wooded and we were approaching the crest of a small hill. We were traveling at the speed limit so they were well above the speed limit as they passed, and as they drove away they flipped us off. Got a photo of them with the license plate in full view at the next red light.

was speeding on her phone, ran a red light and almost hit our passenger, afterwards she was still talking on the phone and not paying attention

The driver operating this vehicle tailgated down the road, and continued as I made an approach at the entrance for my turn. It appeared as if the driver was simply not paying attention to the road at all or, could have possibly even been on a device. When I first realized how fast this particular car was driving behind my vehicle I made numerous attempts to slow down and let her, the driver know that I was going to slow down and make a turn only meters away from where she was speeding behind me. After I tapped my breaks this driver finally pays attention and swerves to the side of the road in a rage and still speeds past in her neighborhood. This driver also failed to signal when she swerved back into the lane to now get in front of my car. Id like to also add that it was not only myself in the vehicle but, my mother and my five year old sister in the backseat of my car.

I was driving along the road on US 82 from Texarkana to Lewisville going about 60mph in a 55mph zone. There is a dual lane and this person passes me going probably 20mph over the limit and continues that speed indefinitely. I am not sure if it was a TX or AR license plate.

Driver was speeding, failed to used turn signal to change lane almost hit another vehicle with children in car.
