National Road in Columbus, Indiana. Car sped through intersection at national in Washington Street. Flew up close behind me in left lane, sped over into the right lane, road bumper of car in right lane, cut me off back in the left lane. Driver flipped me off and started waving for me to speed up to get closer behind them as they’re swerving all over the left lane halfway into the right lane almost hitting the car in the right lane and back into the left.

He cut me off in the passing lane while driving was passing another car, I had to brake so I didn’t pit maneuver his car. I pulled up next to him at a red light where he would not roll down his window or look at me. From there I pulled off first and he decided to speed around me and cut me off again and brake check me this time where I had to slam on my brakes to avoid rear ending him.

While driving on the south on Hwy 65 from Jeffersonville to Louisville, the vehicle approached from behind at a high rate of speed, straddling the lane divider. I noticed and swerved and honked.
