Those of us in need of handicap parking spots don\'t even have this lazy crook\'s self-granted privilege -- We walk our way from the designated parking spots to our abodes. Fellow\'s vehicle obstructs other traffic-goers and emergency vehicles to where a fire truck would barely have free passage if at all on this narrow roadway. Guy figures the roadway in front of his apartment is a free for all, any time, any day. He\\\\\\\'s too lofty and lazy to use parking spots, and before exiting his vehicle after the illegal parking job he looks sneakily at pedestrians as they walk by hoping they don\\\\\\\'t observe his dragging antics. Guy\\\\\\\'s been at it for months and months, goin\\\\\\\' on more than a year.
