Excessive speeds, driving on sidewalk where pedestrians walk, swerving in between vehicles.!

Repeatedly observed this driver operating recklessly. Excessive speeding, tailgating, passing on shoulder, dangerously lane changes, and brake checking other drivers. Typically observed weekdays at 5:10 - 5:20pm on 141 South, between 364 and Manchester Rd.

Car is not registered or insured.

He Passed multiple vehicles before before Exeter in the 55 speed zone, then passed me in town in a 35 zone, excessively speeding. Traveled to Cassville, MO.

Had no license plate on the back of the vehicle, driving on 435 South (kansas/west side), Saturday 2023-02-04 around 12:30 PM CST. He did have a license plate on the front, but no plate on the back at all.

Going well over speed limit (guess of 40 MPH+ on 30 MPH street) and passed single lane traffic in the opposite oncoming lane on NE Chowning Drive in Kansas City, MO at 4:00 PM. There is a park right there where kids often play, that is very dangerous!

Obviously intoxicated and drove off like a manic. Hit the side of a car and continued to drive

In residential area, with door open, parked outside houses [while delivering], with very loud rap music playing. Not only was it very loud (borderline disturbing the peace), but there are kids around here, so songs with lots of profanity (like most rap songs) is very incosiderate.

Consistently driving 10-15 mph over speed limit, but at least did slow down for cul-de-sacs. Incident occurred as vehicle was driving southbound on N Woodland Ave, in KCMO.

Appeared to throw a bag of trash out of their window on the highway, which proceeded to spread trash everywhere!

Coming to a stop light, this person merged into the left lane at high speed while braking aggressively due to a red light. This caused everyone in the left lane to slam on their brakes and come to an abrupt stop. This could have caused a multiple car collision. Awful driver that put many lives at stake.

Elderly male with a bad temper. Laying on horn for 30 seconds after someone moved into his lane in front of him, with plenty of room and a blinker. Then he aggressively tailgated and acted like he was going to rear end the other car.

Driver did not yield and ran car off the road. Driver drove off.

Driver and I were both in 2 separate left turn lanes and when the light was green we both turned. The other driver crossed over into my lane from making too wide of a turn and nearly scraped the side of my car, had I not pulled over and honked continuously at them.

Southbound IH-55 MM 1.8. May 31, 2022 1:09pm. Weaving thru traffic in reckless manner.

Passed driver with no signal lights extra close. Then proceeded to slow down in front of driver. Hassled driver of other car after the other driver gave them the finger. Keep changing lanes to stay next to driver. Finally stopped when of passengers of other car started taking pictures of vehicle.

Was leaving restaurant parking lot when he sped around me and cut me off. When we got to a stop, he got out of he car and balled his fist calling me a bitch.

I was approaching a red light when the driver in the mazda sped around another car and myself, nearly hitting my vehicle and making the other driver swerve into my lane.

Threw cigarettes out of his window, littering.
