Running on more than a year now, Caucasian guy, 200lbs, about 60-65 years age, parking against traffic -- fighting the world -- in his \"permanent,\" self-delegated parking spot on the main road so he can skippity hop right on over to his apartment. Barely enough room for emergency vehicles to pass through. Has a bumper sticker with Tampa Bay Rays on it and a \"Lawless\" bumper sticker. Rogue hoodlum is the type that causes other ripple effects, like car accidents, bike accidents, pedestrian run-overs, and people who can\'t be saved in time because ambulances have to negotiate around his lazy, hooligan antics. And to think ... going on a year plus, gregarious creature now parks against the main line of traffic, at times head-on into property management vehicles nevermind parking in a non-parking area. Anguished creature fighting the rest of the world maybe?

Caucasian guy in his 60\\\\\\\'s, about 200 pounds continuing to take it upon himself to park on main roadways directly in front of his apartment, for months on end, for convenience sake rather than using delegated parking spaces. Those of us in need of handicap parking spots don\'t even have this lazy crook\'s self-granted privilege -- We walk our way from the designated parking spots to our abodes. Fellow\'s vehicle obstructs other traffic-goers and emergency vehicles to where a fire truck would barely have free passage if at all on this narrow roadway. Guy figures the roadway in front of his apartment is a free for all, any time, any day. He\\\\\\\'s too lofty and lazy to use parking spots, and before exiting his vehicle after the illegal parking job he looks sneakily at pedestrians as they walk by hoping they don\\\\\\\'t observe his dragging antics. Guy\\\\\\\'s been at it for months and months, goin\\\\\\\' on more than a year. Parked in the handicapped spot at Chick-fil-A and then he walked right into the restaraunt no problem. No placard visible. He also didn’t even park fully in the spot. Half the truck was hanging onto the striped handicapped accessway. There were so many open spots in the parking lot too. Why do this?

Stopped for lunch at Moe\'s After I left, I spotted the vehicle in the space next to mine. It was parked way too close for me to access my vehicle on the left side. Had to wait about 10 minutes before someone was able to squeeze into the narrow space this bozo left for me. Fortunately, this considerate individual helped pull my vehicle out without incident.
