Nov 13 2025 4p\r\n\r\nPass me on the left crossing a double yellow as i make a left hand turn into BJ\'s restaurant. Was waiting for traffic to pass to turn. \r\n\r\n Made nO sense why they did this and was extremely dangerous. This person should not be allOwed to drive. Male driver being creepy at target salt lake parking lot. I just parked my car and had my sister in the passenger seat. This man kept staring at us the entire time. I got out to take a picture of his license plate to report his strange behavior to staff inside. His wife came out of the store and started harassing me for taking a picture of their car. She couldn’t understand that her husband was wrong and the reason behind me taking a picture of their car. I offered to delete the photo but she continued to harass me.

Driver slowed down then sped up when I tried to pass. Gave me the finger. Then took pictures of my plate after I aggressively got in front of him at the light.

The homeowner of 15 Holly St Somerset NJ 08873 is using license plate number KCR2471 in many different cars. those cars are parked in front of his house and unregister. He moves his cars to 650 Franklin Blvd, Somerset, NJ 08873 (Exxon Gas station) where he place them for sale. He also use them for daily commute. He was taken to court for parking 20 cars in his backyard.

Blasting music at 80+ decibels for hours well past 10 PM, which is well beyond the 55 decibels allotted by Waterbury\'s city ordinances.

Aimless driving. Did not handle vehicle as if had any prior experience in driving other than know some basics. Concern over safety of others on road.\r\n\r\nRandom braking well below posted speed. Caused a huge back up of vehicles. Disengaged by turning into gas station. Driver aggressively kept brake checking and flipping me off (black suv, behind her) after I got off an exit onto the road she was on. Not sure what I did as she was at a stoplight .5 miles ahead of me by the time I ended up being actually behind her. I think she thought I was a different vehicle.

Waiting, waiting, loitering, trolling with a car full of bags filled with maybe clothers, blankets, sleeping bags. Seems like Cumberland Farms off 95 north about Westford and the area are packed with like characters wandering about with rhode island plates, some characters wearing hoodies, some with girlfriends wearing hoodies and shades -- even at night -- some just sitting there taking up gas spots while they loiter in the stores for 15 minutes -- not forgetting to tighten up those hoodies to avoid suspicious eyes -- with that long-reputed, crooked rhode island \"drug highway\" air.

I had my blinker on to merge from the 1 lane to the 2 lane. As I was merging this guy impulsively decided to go from the 3 lane to the 2 lane and nearly sideswiped me. Maybe the fact he has illegally tinted side windows and windshield made it hard for him to see??
