Traveling north on interstate 81 between moosic and scranton exits. Tailgating multiple cars in passing lane. Switching to the right lane to pass them, then cutting them off to return back to the left lane. Almost ran one car right off the road causing drivers behind that person to quickly react and engage their brakes. Reckless driver was also yelling obscenities out of his window and appeared possibly intoxicated evidenced by the amount of swerving he was doing.

This happened in Baltimore city around 3pm. The speed limit in this area is between 25mph and 40mph and he flies past me as I start to head through a green light and merges into my lane while traveling through the intersection and nearly hits me. I had to slam on my breaks otherwise he would’ve caused an accident. After nearly hitting me he sat at a green light since he was not paying attention to the road and it was not until beeping started that he kept driving.

Blew through a red light at MLK and Dixmyth, then proceeded to pass cars in her way on the WRONG side of the road between Dixmyth and Clifton Ave at at least 60 in a 35 MPH Zone, Then blew through an additonal red light at Clifton and MLK.

Sped up to the car to the right of me on the highway that I was basically next to and violently cut in front of me. We were in traffic and there was someone about a car length ahead he almost hit my car if I didn’t slam on my breaks. There was no space for him to do that and he shouldn’t be going 80 in traffic

Female driver driving approximately 75 mph in a 2-lane residential neighborhood where children regularly play beside the road with a speed limit of 30 mph. Driver was tailgaiting cars and harrassing them until they pulled over to move out of the way. She would then flip them off as if everyone had done something to her. A truck stopped a bit down the road allowed other drivers to catch up to her, including me. I was able to capture her license plate (TN Isaiah 117 House specialized plate) and catch a brief glimpse of her face. Driver should have licensed revoked.

On Sunday (10/11/26) at 12:30 pm, this insane man in his late 50’s with brown hair and mustache wearing a green camouflage jacket was driving recklessly in his huge white 2019 RAM 1500 pickup truck. He was driving down Budds Creek Road (one lane road) tailgaiting cars getting right up on their bumper. It was pouring down rain and the roads were treacherous. This jerk had no regard for human life.
