Cut off into another lane with zero space and no blinker

reckless driving and speeding at a merge , sped up to cut me off while i was merging

Disabled vehicle was in the right lane on the Merritt with plenty of time to view and change over to the left lane. This girl (sitting so low you could barely see the top of her head) selfishly blew past everyone in the left lane. No common courtesy and literally trying to save herself seconds. She then proceeded to finally and dangerously merge at the last possible moment to avoid the police officer and disabled vehicle. Drivers like this are the reason the traffic backs up and accidents happen. Obviously inexperienced and entitled. May Karma reach you.

Just witnessed this vehicle driving sporadically on the road and almost hit a few vehicles on the road. He had a family in the car as well.

As we were driving in the left lane, they started getting over, while staring at us trying to force us over.
