I pulled up behind him at a stop sign. I saw through the back window he was talking on his phone. He wasnt moving so I honked at him. He then reversed into me. I couldnt avoid it because someone was behind me. He would have drove off if my boyfriend didnt confront him. He said this has happened before and was trying to avoid it.

Couple of weeks ago, this driver backed up so closely at an Elementary school I couldnt pull out from a parallel parking. Then today, this same car blocked the school drop off/ pick up lane because she was on the damn phone. Her car was turned on. I was stuck behind her along with 3 other cars directly behind me.

Lady cut us off- no turn signal all while she was on her phone and didnt use turn signals when she was cutting others off also. She was looking at her phone for a good 5 miles or so.

Vehicle owner harassed me and my sons in a grocery store for not wearing the kind of face mask she wanted us to wear, fled the scene when police were called on her for her deranged behavior, and was recklessly talking on her phone as she drove away.

This idiot was on his phone, moving at a snails pace on the left lane: all during Saturday night traffic. Held up so many cars. We passed him up and sped off.

Seen talking and texting was swerving and almost hit another vehicle. Noticed tags were expired

TEXTING hand held device, left Children in vehicle while subject went into the dentist office in Virginia Beach Virginia. Its in the corner of Kempsville Road and Providence Road. This is Children Neglect. Reckless Child Endangerment. Black Female Subjects was in the dentist office for about an hour. Social Services should look into this. Very unfit so called parents. Anything could happen.

Female driver was talking and texting using of a smartphone electronic Communications device while operating a motor vehicle.

GET OFF YOUR DAMN PHONE AND DRIVE !!!!! Going so slow in a 40 mph holding up traffic !
