HE WAS ON HIS PHONE AND WOULD NOT MOVE WHEN THE LIGHT CHANGED. PEOPLE STARTED HONKING AND HE JUST SMILED AND EASED UP BUT DID NOT ENTER INTERSECTION UNTIL THE LIGHT TURNED RED. HE WAIVED AS HE TURNED LEFT ON THE RED.

Blatantly texting while driving, not paying attention to lights or cars around hi.

Texting on his phone while in the school drop off zone. He wasn\'t stopped he was actively moving and even had to slam on his breaks because he wasn\'t paying attention when someone was pullin out in front of him.

They were also driving too slow, approximately 30 miles below the speed limit in addition to dangering my life by texting and driving.

well i use to drive her around because she doesnt have viled license to drive but recently i stop bothering with her busy with my kids well her name is amanda kramer she has mental health issues as well dont fight with her she will freak out

Was constantly using his cellphone for 10 minutes (we happened to be going in the same direction). He was not paying attention at lights and swerving in and out of traffic. Constantly looking up from his lap every so often prompting others to blow their horn at him.

Solo male driver -- possibly of asian descent driving a black 2022 Toyota RAV4 (Mass Plate 243B30, VIN 2T3RWRFV0NW135396)-- texting and phoning at red light and then beeping at cars to speed through, followed by accelerating and tailgating at high rate of speed above the speed limit. Weather condition in the high 50's from typical 30 degrees F. Suddenly turned nice weather after some time, so a rogue driver in a fickle, moody elated state of mind is on a rampage to get from A to B frenzied and frenetic.

Texting on phone and ran red light. Cruising in blindspot and purposefully blocking another driver.

Was on there phone on a exit from a highway. Was stopped at our lane, stalled from moving their vehicle when beeped at. They finally moved their car but then stopped their car again at another light. When it turned green, they stalled again, and it was very apparent that they were on their phone.
