Blown out of Mc Donalds with A Hand HELD DEVICE in his hand on Independence Blvd,with no turn singal on,almost hitting vehicles, flipped off people. He pulled into a different parking lot, waited.He got in front of us and Slammed his Breaks on. He then follwed us. Gets on the side then took his vehicle and jerked his vehicle almost hitting a motor vehicle. Then flipped us off again.Watch out for the old white crazy guy. He Stalks people, and uses his vehicle as a deadly weapon trying to hit people. The Virginia Beach Police was called. They put a look out on this car.

Passed a school bus while the STOP sign was out. Almost hit the kids trying to get on the bus.

Driver extremely reckless in attempt to avoid being stuck behind a truck

Almost ran me off the road when merging onto the left lane. Driver has broken left Rear light and heavily tinted rear window where I cant even see the driver. Forced me to use the left shoulder in order to avoid collision. Continued to slow down the left lane after cutoff.

Almost hit my car! She was so aggressive.

Tail gating, speeding, near side swipe of vehicles

They were speeding and swerving past other vehicles. This was in a two lane so they drove on the wrong side to get past other vehicles

Excessive speeds, tailgates and flashes lights for you to get over when there is little room to do so on interstate. Has done this to me twice!

Used turn lane to pass at high speed in neighborhood near school, in an area and time when there are many children walking. Appeared to be a pair of high school students driving a large black SUV.

Cut over two lanes to take exit on rt 287

Sped alongside vehicle in one lane exit ramp partially in lane and on shoulder creating a very narrow and dangerous situation. Had to slam on brakes to avoid a collision.

Rainy slick roads and barely missed our front bumper by cutting us off. Fire and police license plate not going to an accident or emergency. Just speeding about 85.

A**hole got into my lane with his indicator on even though there was no space. I honked and he decided to brake check me multiple times. Tried to run into me on purpose to create an accident.
