Teenaged muslim man child swerved into lanes, almost hitting multiple cars.

Another car in front of me was parked in the middle of the street and this guy comes in from the right at full speed just to cut into the left lane I am already in. He almost hit my car just to get in front of me, rather than just wait for me to get around the parked car. He then proceeded to speed off.

I swerved left v2 got in front of v1 and was abruptly breaking. Both v1 and v2 were beeping. V1 went to right lane to get away from v2. V2 followed and had brights on and was yelling from window holding up traffic until the end of 83 where it intersects with 25a. V2 got in front of v1 and drove off possibly making a left. V1 made a right . V2 driver may be under the influence, reckless driving, road rage..
