LICENSE PLATE REPORTS

Seen driver on phone early in the morning Sunday 11/16/2018. Using phone while vehicle was in motion. When I honked at him he simply gave me the finger (the middle one) and continues down the road still on his phone. Driver was wearing a KFC shirt so I assume thats were he was going to KFC in heber springs. Thanks for your help.

Driving on the interstate in the pouring down rain we were cut off for absolutely no reason.

We were riding in the right lane and this vehicle passes us on the left and forces his way in front of us. My husband had to slam on the brakes. The other vehicle then moved back to the left lane and on up in line where He also continued to repeat to do this to others.

He would brake constantly if you're behind him as if he's trying to get the both of you into an accident. Even when the opposing lane of traffic was gone, he waited much longer than he needed to make a left turn. The guy is an awful driver, beware!!!!

License plate from Arkansas had a disability sign on it. Disability permit was hanging out. But the person who came out did not look disabled at all and was not parked in a disabled parking spot. Young person looked between 17 and 22 years of age. Was smoking in an undesignated area at Joe Albi Stadium as someone was passing by and had to smell the smoke. Person walked over 500 feet.

This fellow threw a cup of liquid out of his car. I was driving behind him and some of it got on my car. He kept driving like nothing was wrong.
