Road merges into one lane due to construction and there are several sings in advance for drivers to get on the lane. Last minute he comes and tries to cut cars off forcing cars to drive to the left and in the grass. He then speeds up to 80 right after the veterans bridge on 279 doing north and constantly cuts off people at the last minute. Thankfully, no one has been hurt so far but Im not on 279 anymore. Whats worse is that he is clearly talking to someone on the phone while doing all this.
