Consistently drove 10-20 mph under the speed limit, holding up traffic the entire way. Nearly stopped in a 45 at one point. Was probably under the influence or texting.

Has bright white lights mounted to rear bumper. Parks in two spots. Drives in two lanes and texting while driving.

This vehicle was in a left turn only lane. Cut in front of my van which had the right of way (straight, left, right turn lane). Lucky to avoid an accident. The loser male passenger was mouthing off and gave us a not so nice gesture at a light after I told the driver that her lane was a left turn only lane. If you are the driver, dump the POS because I know you could do better.

the male driver was speeding, swerving between cars, used no turn signal, and almost hit a car with a baby inside.

Pulled out in front of someone

Screamed out of the car in a public parking lot at people and flashed a badge like he was a police officer. Refused all information as to office capacity

Honked at driver so I could pass, one way exit type deal. She wouldnt move, but line starts moving so she inches forward but not enough for me to pass through. I continue honking and am able to squeeze through (while quickly flipping her off) but have to reverse to not hit the curb while turning. As in doing this shes getting out of her car and approaches mine, punches my window and calls me a fucking bitch. Look lady, I have anxiety and Im just trying to get home and you blocking the exit doesnt help.

The driver has their dog leashed to the outside on to the bed of their truck. They are driving on I-25 going about 60 mph. Concerned for the dogs safety.

He came out to a mall on June 11th 2021 to meet a 14 year old boy in the bathroom for a hookup after very sexually explicit chats (including sending nudes to the child), he also mentioned he had a SUV with tints that they could use. When confronted he begins to cover his face with his mask, then walks away repeating nothing happened as he pulls out his phone and starts deleting the chats and tries to gaslight bystanders. Following someone

I received a note on my truck that this car hit my car while in the grocery store parking lot. They did not stop so a witness put their info on my windshield.

A group of Mexican workers rolled down their window and were saying things to me while I was on a run. I couldnt hear the comments with my earbuds in but I was disgusted and felt very violated.

After parking the car at Walmart, the man got out of his vehicle and threatened me and spit at me.

Parks over lines and hits your car with their door.

Peed on the side of neighbours property despite a toilet being available across the street.

Almost hit me in the Riddle Hospital crosswalk. I had the pedestrian walk sign and when in the middle of the crosswalk had to quick move out of the way so she didnt hit me

05/27/21 10:28 - 11:53PM Security camera captured this vehicle driving by slowly several times. This vehicle eventually parked further down our street. Looks like a Hispanic male jumped out of the vehicle, (seen him before (familiar face) in the neighboorhood. The camera shows that he climbed on the trunk & hood of a parked vehicle across from our residence & kicked in the front & back windshield. Also punching the front passenger window. Opened the back passenger door & was inside the backseat of car for couple moments. Drove off . This man was INSANE

Fake Tags he has about six strange vehicles with fake tags. He changes his tags every week. Dont know where he gets these vehicles but im sure they are flood vehicles because he doesnt work anywhere. Hes got some connect and uses fake plates on all of them.

Car obnoxiously honks horn multiple times every day. It scares my dog and disturbs the peace of the neighborhood.
