He moves his cars to 650 Franklin Blvd, Somerset, NJ 08873 (Exxon Gas station) where he place them for sale. He also use them for daily commute. He was taken to court for parking 20 cars in his backyard.

Caucasian guy in his 60\\\\\\\'s, about 200 pounds continuing to take it upon himself to park on main roadways directly in front of his apartment, for months on end, for convenience sake rather than using delegated parking spaces. Those of us in need of handicap parking spots don\'t even have this lazy crook\'s self-granted privilege -- We walk our way from the designated parking spots to our abodes. Fellow\'s vehicle obstructs other traffic-goers and emergency vehicles to where a fire truck would barely have free passage if at all on this narrow roadway. Guy figures the roadway in front of his apartment is a free for all, any time, any day. He\\\\\\\'s too lofty and lazy to use parking spots, and before exiting his vehicle after the illegal parking job he looks sneakily at pedestrians as they walk by hoping they don\\\\\\\'t observe his dragging antics. Guy\\\\\\\'s been at it for months and months, goin\\\\\\\' on more than a year. Seems like they were drunk, they were speeding and swerving and jerking the steering wheel around. \r\n\r\nThey were trying to bait people into accidents, and were throwing objects at other cars as well. \r\n\r\nPossibly armed. They were holding something up to the wind but I couldn\'t verify if it was a firearm. But I believe it was. \r\n\r\nWas driving east on hall road by Romeo plank and Garfield Rd. \r\n\r\nThey have damage to their rear bumper, left side is hanging, likely from road raging. \r\n\r\nThis happened about half an hour ago. \r\n\r\nGo pay them a visit, and be careful, they are possibly armed, and they were on traffic footage throwing objects at people (assault).

Was driving south on 31. There was roadwork going on where the two lanes merged down to one right before the stop light at the gravel pit. This young dark haired male flew in front of me and swerved into my lane within an inch of my car. When I laid on the horn he proceeded to flip me off. He seems to have a history with reckless driving according to this site. I do have video of him cutting me off.
