Friday at approximately 7:47 am on May 19, 2017 on Penninsula Boulevard around Woodmere Boulevard reckless woman driver switching lanes continuously from left to right cutting people off. Schools are loaded all over this area and it is a 20 and 30 mile speed limit. Obviously she is either on something or thinks that driving this way is normal. Had gigantic tasteless hoop earrings on and bleached blond hair that perhaps maybe affected her brain and making safe judgment calls.

Tried to switch over a lane to get on a ramp to the highway. This old lady started to speed up as soon as she saw my blinker and almost hit my car. Then she had the audacity to angrily stare at me as she passed me to get into the ramp.

I was driving 7:35 AM on direction I-278 E and I-95 N at 50 MPH which is the allowed speed and this crazy individual passes by me apparently mad because I am driving at the speed limit, and he makes a cut in front of me. He then inmediately reduces speed to 20MPH he almost cause a huge accident, involving several other vehicles. I was 1 car ahead of the other cars, that almost crash to the rear of my car. We was at the light, waiting, and this man gets on my tail end, blows the horn. We pull off, my boyfriend yells out my window to quit and the man tries to run us off the road. We told him to stop and he threatened my boyfriend to get out the car, the man also said he has kids in the car. Freaking dumb people.

The driver was speeding around people whom were going the speed limit and then cutting them off.
