Went around multiple cars to make a right on red

Between the age of 17-25. Distracted by talking with someone not in the car. Weaving between people. Never saw a signal once. Tailing myself and others. Several times she would hit the brakes because she didn't know if she had enough distance to cut someone off.

the driver was in the far left lane going south and then all of a sudden rushed over to our lane on the left which made us swift over into traffic and then come to an quick stop which we were in traffic and the driver swirved back inti his lane and tailgated other cars

She had many of the violations on the list and flipped me off and brighted me impairing my vision

Sped up after seeing a cat cross road ahead. Cat ran to side of road and driver of Silverado proceeded to drive off the right lane and hit the animal Did not stop after, increased speed to a point where I could no longer follow.

Multiple unsafe lane changes while cutting off multiple vehicles and speeding - tailgating - making obscene gestures at other drivers who were going at proper speed. This person has been seen doing this MANY times on this same route. She is going to injure or kill someone eventually and needs to be stopped.

The driver was trying to run a black VW GTI off the road by swerving and aggressively braking in front of him.

Driver was in left hand lane reared into my lane without any turn light on, abruptly. Turned into my lane, I had to then swerve and almost lost control of my car. Thankfully no one was next to me I could have caused a huge accident because of that careless driver.

Driver speeds frequently, and almost causes accidents just to cut in front of other drivers. This driver almost tore my right passenger's side mirror off my car because they insisted on cutting in front of all 4 people in our lane instead of merging with traffic like they were required to.

I was driving south on highway 59 on the left lane and suddenly, from the right lane, this chevy Cruze started to merge as if I weren't even there. I stomped on my brakes to avoid collision and blared my horn, but she kept on driving like nothing happened. We came to a red light, and I pulled out my phone to take a picture. I saw in my rear view the people in the car behind me were pointing and discussing what they saw. The light turned green. Then we all came up to another light, and she quickly changed lanes again without a blinker, and not giving another car much space to brake just so she could be one of the first cars in line at the light. I had arrived at my destination after this light turned green, thankfully. This person really shook me up.

Cut off multiple people in traffic cause chain reaction of breaking each time.

Driving fast then slow and right down center line. When someone honked at her, she threw trash out the window. At stop light, she stumbled out of car to flip him off. Maybe drunk or on drugs.

The driver proceeded to recklessly drive, almost hit a woman crossing the street, and cut in front of my vehicle almost hitting me and causing me to slam on my breaks.

Stopped in middle of road and pulled illegal U TURN in school zone almost causing am accident then speeding through parking lot

This idiotic little girl (no woman would ever do this) was behind me in the left turn lane at the light, tailed me as soon as the light turned green, then was so impatient that she used the opposite lane to cut me off. Now, I don't usually do things like this, because I'm usually the crazy driver, but I feel her driving should definitely be reported, but not important enough that I need to call 911.

Cut in front on the Causeway in heavy traffic when there was no room then worked hard to block me for several miles after I honked at him. A complete nincompoop

Cut several cars off on highway. Some cars avoided accident/Collison...but one car shivered off highway to avoid hitting him

Driver passed me by using the left turn lane at a high rate of speed. She kept doing this to multiple drivers on Mcloughlin from Gladstone to Milwaukie.

Merging into one lane onto the Harry W. Nice Bridge, refused to alternate cars when merging, drove on the shoulder of the road for approximately 1/4 to 1/2 a mile before gunning the engine and cutting me off.
