Running on more than a year now, Caucasian guy, 200lbs, about 60-65 years age, parking against traffic -- fighting the world -- in his \"permanent,\" self-delegated parking spot on the main road so he can skippity hop right on over to his apartment. Barely enough room for emergency vehicles to pass through. Has a bumper sticker with Tampa Bay Rays on it and a \"Lawless\" bumper sticker. Rogue hoodlum is the type that causes other ripple effects, like car accidents, bike accidents, pedestrian run-overs, and people who can\'t be saved in time because ambulances have to negotiate around his lazy, hooligan antics. And to think ... going on a year plus, gregarious creature now parks against the main line of traffic, at times head-on into property management vehicles nevermind parking in a non-parking area. Anguished creature fighting the rest of the world maybe?

Male driving and female passenger were distracted and did not move after light turned green. About 12 seconds past. Cars behind them began going past them. They proceeded to speed up to get ahead then verbally abuse said drivers and began brake checking. Spent 5 minutes just sitting in traffic because they wanted to prove a point. Only started moving once they were being recorded.

November 24, 2025 - According to the police scanner, car was observed weaving in and out of traffic on Bullard Ave somewhere around First Ave in either road rage or a possible distrubance inside the vehicle. Observer also saw aggressive movement inside the vehicle (male and a female were inside).

Overtook me as I was observing the STOP signs (people had crossed too!) in to the oncoming traffic lane so they could turn down to a car park line and get a closer spot! And there was someone backing out of that spot so they couldn’t have got it quicker anyway! There were LOADS of spots! They were simply impatient, didn’t care about stop signs or oncoming traffic, pedestrians or the fact that there is a line which is just courtesy. All for a quick visit in the store! SELFISH!!
