Swerving all over the parking lot of Horizontal House as if intoxicated or highly distracted.

Blocking crosswalk and intersection near Dupont Circle.

Merged into a right lane without yielding for traffic, I almost hit his back end because of him failing to yeild.

Black SUV driving slowly on the left lane and then high beaming cars that past it as though it had the right of way. Was also cutting across lanes doing that. Happened at about 10.15pm on Saturday night. Driver was a female with a male passenger, both late 20s to early 30s. Male passenger was making obscene gestures as well while holding his phone camera. Drivers like there are a hazard, and need to really have their licenses revoked.

No only driving fast but at a gas station, they also were making up stories that there mother was in an accident and they had no money for gas. The people in this vehicle were rude and harrassing people for money at a gas station and sped away. It happened on March 20, 2015 at 2:38pm 17-55 Francis Lewis BLVD Whitestone, NY

As I was driving eastbound down dewdney trunk road in the right lane this suv driving westbound pulled a u-turn right in front of me over a double solid and then did not give him/herself enough room to make the full turn. He/she stopped blocking both lanes of traffic and myself and the car next to me both almost got rearended as there was a green light behind us. The suv took approximately 30 seconds to back up and complete the u-turn and then proceeded to pull into the keg parking lot about a block later. It was extremely dangerous and could have caused a severe accident.

On interstates, while he was racing and acting a fool with other buddies that where also there a total of about 3 or 4 cars together. They would block both lanes and go about 40 mph on the interstate. Also weave back in and out of lanes

Speeding and swerving in and out of lane.

Extremely rude man. I was trying to pull into a parking spot and he proceeded to roll down his window and start screaming at a woman that he wants the spot. He swerved and almost hit me and another car while screaming at me. Extremely scary and dangerous driver.

The driver screamed, yelled hysterically and pointed in my face while trying to pass me from behind during a speed bump, after he had purposely sped up from afar when I took a left turn to the street.

Passed two cars in double yellow zone going in excess of 60 mph.

Was a dark bluish green pickup truck that ran two red lights, didn't use blinkers and cut off four other cars while exiting from I275 into BEARSS exit, entering into LUTZ.

Actually US government plate. I noticed a large black SUV (Suburban tag US government 0055M) illegally parked blocking the double cross walk (two cross walks a few feet apart) at Pentagon Row. Pentagon Row is an upscale dinning and shopping center. My initial concern was the safety of those using the crosswalk. Approaching cars cannot see pedestrians coming in the crosswalk when someone has parked an SUV there. It is very dangerous. So I went to gather information and left. As you may have noticed from the license plate this turned out to be a US Government Vehicle. I thought it was interesting that a government vehicle would be used to visit somewhere such as Pentagon Row. By Pentagon Rows own description "Welcome to a fantastic little pocket of perfect. Eat til your soul's content. Prepare for total retail domination". Yeah, sounds like official government business to me! But if you think that is questionable use of a government vehicle what happened next is even more questionable. I'm in the parking lot across the street when the government employee drives the government SUV 0055M across the street and then drives up close to me as if trying to scare me. He then starts demanding to know what I was doing and if I was taking pictures. I politely say to him "Sir you were parked in a cross walk:". To which he arrogantly replies "So". He keeps trying to berate and intimidate me so I leave the parking lot. That is our tax payer dollars at waste folks.

Failure to yield to pedestrian at Eads and 18th.

He had a red light and didn't look to see if anyone was coming and turns right as im in the intersection causing me to break hard and the other 2 cars behind me because he decides to stop right in front of me then drives off. And thanks to the scare caused a complication in my pregnancy because i was so frightened

Failed to yield in a roundabout, almost hit us, and then passed on the left through a solid yellow line to get in front of us, almost took out a car coming in the opposite direction. Super smart driver over here.

Completly and utterly reckless I had kids in my car.

Driver cut me along with 5 other cars off in a dangerous manner

Will cut off, slip into a very limited space between two cars, and swerve between lanes.

Pass on the right in one lane intersection people had to jump into snow banks or he would hit them.

Driver purposely swerves at other drivers, uses high beams on drivers, yells out the window and adds gestures.
