driver cut me off and then proceeded to throw an open water bottle through my driver window

Stopped in the middle of the lane blocking freeway exit. Car was able to move but they just stayed where they could be crashed into.

Cut me off, then when I blew the horn all of the passengers stuck their middle fingers up at me out the window continuously while driving.

On Blue Ridge Parkway, car was tailgating and laying on the horn for several minutes at a time, especially when driving through tunnels. It was very unsettling for me and other drivers, and eventually I turned around out of fear for my own safety. Driver was following closely for miles and continuously blared on horn for no reason
