Kid is messing around in his car with his dog or something else. Keeps slowing down. I get over pass him. He decides the car in the center lane is going to slow so he then changes lane (no blinker) in between me and the car in front of me. Very little room. He decides to flip me off. I go around him and when I come to a light I guess he thought he would try and scare me by opening his door. Whatever. He turns into Castle Hills (very upscale community). I guess he feels privileged. Either way, another example of someone not obeying traffic laws and doing other things besides driving and somehow, its my fault.

Woodland Hills, CA on De Soto near the on-ramp of the 101 freeway @ 10AM. Young male, late 20s early 30s. I quickly merged into lane on left bc freight truck was merging while I was in blind spot. Moved over not to get hit and car behind me was good distance away. Put my hand up and apologized, car got super angry, kept honking, cursing, and even went as far as throwing a water bottle at my car.

This white male tall, Black long curly hair. facial hair was walking way too close to us, we were talking to ourselves and this idiot had put his nose where it doesnt belong, he threatened to take down a handicapped lady, and another person. This idiot stated he was already in jail already so one night wont faze him.

License plate has corner where month would be cut off with a razor. I have picture if proof needed

Merges into lane when it is not clear, nearly hit me twice in one stretch!

The driver came off a non-primary road instead of just waiting at the designated stop sign. Then the driver, scarped the underside of the front bumper to a curve and then backed out. However, the space to get back into the proper position caused traffic on the other side of the road to stop which was risky. Common sense would have helped out with this issue. The car approached me from behind on the highway with its brights on. I held my hand out the window and opened and closed it to let them know. They were turned off, but five minutes later turned them on again. We both got off the same exit and headed the same direction. I let them pass and as they passed, the driver turned her brights off! I threw up my hands in frustration, to which they put down their windows and began screaming at me. At the next light, two of these mentally unstable women EXITED THE VEHICLE TO KEEP THREATENING ME. The only reason they got back in the car was because another car pulled up.

Littering and I went to tell him off because we had stopped at a light, flipped me off, yelled racist remarks (Im asian and hes a white guy)

"John" met who he thought was a 14 year old girl on an app called meet.me, he then asked her to send naked pictures, and after that wanted to meetup in person and drove 30 minutes to another town to meet the girl. The woman had short straight black hair and a foreign accent that we could not place. She confronted us in the parking lot of Harris Teeter on Route 50 in Fairfax (about 8pm on a Saturday night) and said something like "Are you looking for someone? Do you need connections?" I rolled down the car window and said "No," then proceeded to pull out of the parking spot. This woman backed out at the same time as me in an effort to block my car. I proceeded to pull out more and then drove around her. She followed us closely onto Route 50 East. I turned into the left turn lane at the traffic light on Route 50 (intersection with Fair Ridge Drive) to go to the police department. She was behind us initially, then turned into the straight lane and pulled up next to us. She rolled down her window and said "Ill kill you" and some more words I could not make out, then drove straight on Route 50 East. We reported this all to the police (and I gave them my dashcam videos that have her saying "Ill kill you"). The police did detain her that night and held her for evaluation. I dont know if she is going to be charged criminally because she clearly has mental health issues. YOU MUST REPORT THIS TO THE POLICE IF IT HAPPENS TO YOU. This person should not be free to go around threatening people. She should be in a psychiatric hospital/prison.

Ran a stop sign while under the influence almost causing a t-bone collision
