Refused to yield on a steep hill

I was crossing a crosswalk on the south end of BYU campus. There was one other girl crossing in front of me. We were about halfway across when a white sudan came speeding through the crosswalk in front of us. If the girl in front of me had not been aware of her surroundings and stopped, she would have been hit.

Parked in a no parking zone, texting on phone.

Driver parked crooked, double parked, and didnt give enough space for passenger to get out from back workout hitting car.

Driver exited his vehicle to verbally threaten to assult two drivers in a line of cars.

Punks were blasting loud music in a parking lot.Refused to turn down what they allegedly call music. Caused a real big scene. These thugs are no good. Watch out for these trouble making punks The word on the street is that all of them are on Probation.

so this doesnt have to do with a driving violation but the whole time this person was at my restaurant there was a knocking sound that sounded like it was coming from his car but nothing should have been knocking as his car was in park. It just weirded me out as people usually associate white vans with kidnappings so I just wanted people to know about this. Also the van had a company logo that said rapid overhead garage door repair if that helps

This man fled the scene of an assault and robbery according to a Facebook page today. The victim show in a video was a female.

They illegally parked in front of my home and left their trash in my yard

Black Female Subject refused to give officers her drivers license. Black Female was argumentative, refused 19 times to get out of the vehicle. The vehicle smelled like there were drugs in there. Black female had to be pulled out of vehicle. Then she resisted arrest, swore at the officer. Female was arrested and her juvenile friend was also arrested for obstruction of od peace officer. I was parking near Pacific Place NE. I intentionally parked away from other cars and then this car parked just beside a few minutes later. The lady passenger, when opening her door, hit the side of my car and didnt even say sorry... and left...
