This reckless driver cut in my lane, my reflex and flooring the brake pedal were the only reasons why the accident was narrowly avoided. No hand sign or apologies from the driver, instead he went on to antagonize me and pulled out his phone to take pictures (?). Before the next set of lights as I was behind him he pulled hard on his brake a few times. I again narrowly avoided a collision (I would have been at fault for rear-ending him despite the fact that he intentionally tried to provoke an accident).
