On phone and speeding while chewing green tabaco also out of control stearing.

On Thursday 7/26/18 around 12N the driver while talking on a cell phone came within 2 inches of running a pedestrian down in a crosswalk going at least 30 MPH while traveling north on Connecticut Ave NW.

Ran over baby ducklings intentionally

Talking on the phone while driving, purposefully ran over small animals (ducks) while others waited to let them walk by.

Ran over little duckling babies while they were crossing the road & showed no remorse towards them. Every living being should be loved & respected no matter how small. I plead to you that something gets done about this. Thank you! :)

THIS GENTLEMEN ALMOST HIT THE VEHICLE IN THE NEXT LANE BECAUSE THEY WERE DISTRACTED ON THE PHONE TALKING. THE OTHER DRIVER MOVED QUICKLY TO AVOID BEING STRUCK.
