The speed limit drops to 45 in this area and this person was inches from my bumper, gesturing wildly, honking, flashing his lights and flipping the bird. Not only was I going the speed limit but several cars in front of me were too therefore this nasty persons actions were futile.

Road merges into one lane due to construction and there are several sings in advance for drivers to get on the lane. Last minute he comes and tries to cut cars off forcing cars to drive to the left and in the grass. He then speeds up to 80 right after the veterans bridge on 279 doing north and constantly cuts off people at the last minute. Thankfully, no one has been hurt so far but Im not on 279 anymore.
Whats worse is that he is clearly talking to someone on the phone while doing all this.

On 7/27/2018 at 3:30PM, the woman driver tried to turn left right into us. We were directly on her left and not at her blind spot. We had to swerve to the left to avoid being hit completely on our passenger side. We also honked at her so she went back to her lane. We hit the curb and had slight damage to our tire. Some rubber came off and scratches on the tire rim.

On E/B I-70 through Howard County MD - speeding > than 85 mph, darting in & out of cars, tailgating almost caused 2 accidents. Highly erratic driving. ***MAIN REASON WHY I AM REPORTING THIS IS THAT THERE WERE SEVERAL YOUNG CHILDREN IN THE BACK -either 2 or 3 kids- & THEY WERE LOOKING TERRIFIED.*** I am not sure if those kids were mean to be in that car. The car was driving so erratically that I thought this could be a possible kidnapping.
