This man pulled up next to my vehicle and he spit at me and my mother. this was a hate crime. he is a white male and we are mexican. we had to prior contact with him he had been following us through a parking lot and then pulled up next to us and spit. I do not feel safe with people like him on the road.

I was at a red light & this black guy wearing a black shirt hopped out his car and started banging at my windows as hard as he can trying to break them and he was running around my car banging on all my windows

Right after exiting the freeway, he cuts off into my lane almost hitting my car, then speeds again trying to cut me off again, at a green line going straight he was going to turn and turned right and waited to turn to have me wait on a red light. When he cut me off he was trying to abruptly stop.

Speeding and recklessly switching lates and dangerously cutting cars off. The driver in my car got cut off and almost hit. We honked and he flipped us off while trying to drive off.

The parking lot spaces at the CVS at 8490 Beverly Blvd. in Los Angeles, CA are designed for only head-in parking. However, despite this, I saw a van that was backed-in -- making it difficult for me to quickly and properly back out. Yes, the van had at least one flat tire, but the whole situation was still an annoyance.

The driver cut us off without using any turn signals. If the driver braked, there could have been an accident. Her name is Lena Hernandez and she is an obscene racist. I saw her purposely crashing into non-white peoples cars and proceed to yell at them for absolutely no reason. She is 54 and lives in long beach. This woman is a public nuisance.
