Driver operating in a drunk or drugged state of catastrophy.\r\n\r\nPost-Report Update Warning:\r\n\r\nPeople traveling the highways and tangential roadways should know that despite target drivers tapping their brakes to warn this rogue roadrager to stop the highbeaming and tailgating, the creature nevertheless fails to heed the warnings and continues prodding drivers by speeding up to them even closer and highbeaming them in retaliatory anger.
