Got over to the other lane, and stuck his Torso and one arm out the window staring at me before he Sped up, and cut me of with no blinker and then slammed on his breaks as we were going down hill. He then pulled up next to me at a light and started staring and doing hand gestures down the road tell I could turn off to another road

This guy/kid was harassing me on the road, was driving too slow, then slammed on his breaks and came to a full stop twice, then pulled over and when I was passing him he got in front of me again. He pulled over and was getting off his car, so I took a picture, and when he saw me doing that he got back in his car and followed me to a local school, then made a u turn and drove away.

Driver tried to run me off the road, swerving in my lane to try and make me crash, flipped me off, slammed on breaks in middle of road on purpose for no reason. I was in my lane moved over to get away from him, he sped up and again tried to run me off the road into another car.

This car was a good 45 - 100 ft behind me and I took the first light through the yellow and was completely red when this car ran the light. The second light I could have stopped but carried on and turned red while I was 3/4 way through and this car still about 100 ft behind be took the light as if nothing happened.
