The owner and Occupants of the car were stalking me and are tailgating me, when I was driving. These people are harassing me, and I drove as fast as I could to escape and get away from these people. I am really fearful for my safety when seeing that car, and seeing the occupants of the car. These people are committing reckless driving, tailgating, and are stalking people when driving their vehicles. Please take action on the owner of the vehicle and all the occupants of the vehicle. Send a report to the California Highway Patrol, and the Livermore Police Department in order to get these guys arrested for their actions of stalking, tailgating, and reckless driving.

He was in the Safe Harbor employee lot and raced out almost hitting my husband and I walking our dogs. We yelled “slow down” after the vehicle and the driver slammed on the brakes, jumped out, and threatened us. I got in between him and my husband and told him to get back in the car and leave. He reaked of alcohol and was refusing but a female in the drivers seat started yelling at him too. He was about 6ft tall with read hair and a beard. He was drunk and violent.
