When merging into different lanes, you are supposed to let the person behind you know where you are going. This person obviously has no clue what that means and was trying to speed. This person has merged into different lanes twice without usage of blinkers/directional lights at 6:37 AM on Tharpe Street.

Driver was weeving in and out of traffic and then cut in front of me so close that I had to slam on my brakes. I honked him than he brake checked me. I then went into the other lane and then he started screaming at me. He then sped off to the red traffic light than started yelling at me and giving me the finger.

On the garden state parkway of the entrance of I-78 into the garden state parkway. While merging into the highway, the operator of the white Kia, came into my lane without proper directional signal. Almost caused a collision.
