Black man in his late 50’s/early 60’s driving like a maniac at a high rate of speed and tailgating in a 25 mph residential area down Rippon Blvd all the way to the Rippon train station past children waiting for the school bus. National Road in Columbus, Indiana. Car sped through intersection at national in Washington Street. Flew up close behind me in left lane, sped over into the right lane, road bumper of car in right lane, cut me off back in the left lane. Driver flipped me off and started waving for me to speed up to get closer behind them as they’re swerving all over the left lane halfway into the right lane almost hitting the car in the right lane and back into the left.
