This LANDSTAR Crazy Truck Driver took his truck and trailer from the Left Traveling Lane and almost sideswiped myself and another vehicle. This LANDSTAR TRUCK DRIVER USED HIS TRUCK AS A DEADLY WEAPON. We were pushed into the Emergency Shoulder Lane on I-40. We called the company they stated they do not tolerate that type of DRIVING behavior and it will be severely delt with their Safety Department. Idiot pulled out in front of TRAFFIC on US HWY 41 in passing lane at a much slower speed and impededing traffic making a motorcycle crash resulting motor cycle rearending black DODGE DURANGO killing the young driver on the motorcycle. Driver in DODGE DURANGO is responsible for the traffic crash that led up to the crash and death of driver. Passenger on motorcycle crash is in very critical condition and may not make a recovery. Male driver was 27 years old. Female passenger is 28 years old. May not make a recovery due to the black DODGE DURANGO pulling out in front of motorcycle. Motorcycle may have been SPEEDING but no excuse to do what this idiot driver did to the motorcycle. A full Investigation needs to be conducted and hope the victims family files for a Full Investigation and Review. Black DODGE DURANGO was a Vigo County Sheriff Vehicle.
