The John Poulter Road, rhode island-plated grub loud mouths his complexed rhode island plate and exploding exhaust through school zones, early morning, late nights, weekdays, Sundays, etc., etc., etc. The grub's been at it for numerous months since April of 2023 and has been rampaging back and forth in his rhode island lemon job through end of September 2023 to date.
