going 65 in a 35, dangerously and unessecsrily traffic weaving, rude and threatening

I was trying to merge onto 35e, while having my blinker on as I was merging this navy blue mini van doesn't get over but nearly side swipes me. I'm honking at him and very upset after I get behind the van I see the plate is a state vehicle. This type of driving is unacceptable. The van had an empty lane to move over but instead almost swiped me off the road.

Emissions violation. Giant, black cloud from tailpipe, especially when accelerating. Would definitely fail an emissions test. A lot of people are polluting on purpose nowadays. Unacceptable and illegal whether intentional or not.

Driver speeds frequently, and almost causes accidents just to cut in front of other drivers. This driver almost tore my right passenger's side mirror off my car because they insisted on cutting in front of all 4 people in our lane instead of merging with traffic like they were required to.

Hit & run

Red pickup truck.On the verge of running me over when the walk signal was on. If it weren't literally for me to start running noticing it they werent going to stop, it'd be fucking dead.

Severe road rage/reckless driving: Will pull vehicles over, yell at drivers, threaten drivers, cut drivers off, tailgate, pass drivers and break in front of them to a complete stop in the middle of the road, drive over double lines to pass drivers. Multiple encounters with this man and neighbors-each time, incidences of road rage.

Was speeding(everyone does it intentionally or unintentionally) but this driver kept merging lanes. I observed the driver swapping lanes very close as if he/she wanted someone to crash into them for insurance fraud? Anyways the roads were clear but the driver did said t repeatedly. I accelerated after the car and caught it's license plate. I saw it pull into a left turn lane on 252 but looking at my rearview, saw the car turn right back onto the highway(252) following me. Unfortunately it kept it's distance too far and I lost sight of it. Just thought I'd let everyone know NOT to hesitate to call the police on this car as I should have done(didn't want to talk and drive irresponsibly).

Drive approximately ten miles under the speed limit, kept weaving from side to side, often crossing lane lines. When passing, we saw a (presumably) teenage girl texting away and not looking at the road.

it was a white 4dr car with a brunette female driving, she was speeding, tailgating another car, swerving, cutting cars off, I suspect she was under the influence! VERY DANGEROUS DUMB GIRL
