Cut me off and flipped me off and then speed through a school zone.

Started reversing at a stop sign while I was behind them. Nearly hit me without paying any attention. Sped off and almost hit a pedestrian as well. Generally a reckless/dangerous driver.

Double Parking in handicap spaces

MY VEHICLE HAS NOW BEEN RECOVERED AND IS BACK UNDER MY OWNERSHIP AND CONTROL. THEY STOLE EVERYTHING THEY COULD IN IT AND MANGED TO DAMAGE THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE.

This car is used by drug addicts, car thieves and breaking and entering thieves to dump stolen goods for storage and later pickup. This car is currently located at 13310 Bel-Red Road Bellevue Washington. Its just behind the "Fix Auto" in a small alley way. Its been sitting there for at least 5 years. If you see this car driving around contact police immediately! It means its being used for home and car prowling again. My car was stolen and my property has now been found in this vehicle twice. Over the past 8 years I have seen this car and this exact plate number prowling neighborhoods in Bothell Washington. When the police told me they found some of my property from my car being stolen, in this car I immediately recognized the car and plate from reports I had made to police in Snohomish County and Bothell.

Speeding, tailgating, shoulder driving, cutting people off, cellphone use

Was stopped for a left turn onto 21st street on a red light. Once there was space from on coming traffic, drove through red light.

This occured on a Saturday morning at around 8:00 AM on November 6th, 2021 in Everett along 19th Avenue. The driver was tailgating me, then changed to the left lane, and then tailgated another car in front of them, changed back to my lane and got in front of my car without signaling. Then the driver changed lane again to the left lane, then tailgated the car in front of them.

Waiting in the left turn lane to turn left across 2 lanes of incoming traffic. She came up real close behind me. I was waiting to turn because of oncoming traffic being in the way. She honked at me 3 times for at least 1 minute every time. But this is a very busy street so I could not go when she was honking. And after the third honk she went into on coming traffic to turn left creating all of the other cars having the right of way to stop for her while she turned left. She was behind me and went across 2 lanes of oncoming traffic to turn left. Could have hit so many cars including mine in this dangerous process.

Tailgating, reckless driving, acting drunk and swerving.

I will file another report when and if the car is recovered, as of yet its not recovered. This car was stolen on camera at 16357 Aurora avenue north Shoreline Washington on October 26 2021 at exactly 7:13PM. Vin number: 2fafp71w2yx166864 Interior color is Denim Blue. The drivers seat has noticable rips in the fabric. The car has 2 spot lights one driver one passenger, large push bumper pb200 model nonSentina. The passenger doors are dented in and creased in very noticeably as is the passenger side rear wheel well. There is a dent on the trunk top passenger side near the tail light. There is also noticeable touch up paint on the trunk outer portion. It has a locking gas cap which would require someone to remove and replace the entire filler neck in order to fill it back up. Auxiliary fuel pump has been removed. The front seat belts do not work and the air bags are awaiting replacement as are the collision censors. There is only 4mil of brakes left on it all around. IF YOU SEE THIS CAR CONTACT POLICE IMMEDIATELY! It has been reported stolen, the title and registration are now locked in my name until recovered. He was speeding pretty fast in the nearby school zone with children present. Absolutely no caution for the kids and almost ran into one little girl crossing the road to go meet up with her mother. He also stopped long enough to roll down his window to yell out at the mother telling her how bad of a mom she is.

DANGER DRIVE AND ALMOST HIT THE CAR

Very aggressive reckless driving, maybe drunk or on drug

Floored it to pass multiple cars on the shoulder of busy highway, swerved from shoulder to left lane, cutting me off. Went back and forth between lanes without signal before exiting.

Weaving in and out of traffic going 95 in a 70 on the freeway

Driver was tailgating to make me seep up even with there being traffic, then managed to cut in front of me and almost hit my car from the right side where my 3 week old baby was, from the back seat. Incident happened of freeway, it started in Auburn and the entrance to Kent.
