During very heavy traffic time 5:30-6:00 pm, weekday on the highway close to Pasadena Del Mar Exit from the 210 West, car was speeding, slamming on their brakes, and recklessly cutting people off to pass other cars. Made several cars slammed on their brakes unnecessarily. A very reckless driver with disregard for others\' safety on the road.
